DANICA CERNA VALENTOVA
I cover the full range of corporate advice in the areas of labour, commercial law as well as litigation.
I joined Nitschneider & Partners in 2018 after six years of working in a prominent Czech law firm. I assist my clients across the whole spectrum of their business, from establishing a company, relationships with partners, through the lifecycle of a company, and finally through to a sale. Part of my work is also preparing and reviewing corporate documents as well as complex contractual documentation.
In the area of labour law, I focus primarily on the preparation and commenting on labour law documentation, including internal guidelines, termination of employment relationships, and related rights in the restructuring of companies.
As a part of my practice, I automatically deal with the GDPR compliance and suggest to clients how to adjust their GDPR documentation.
I participate in many international transactions, where I perform legal audits and prepare transaction documentation, taking into account the competition aspects of individual projects.
I like to try new things and visit interesting places, from a road trip to New Zealand to trekking in the Himalayas. I also enjoy quiet moments with Scandinavian crime novels.
