My specialization is the area of labour law, employment, and social rights. I also deal with intellectual property law, especially with trademarks. I have overall responsibility for the strategy of the office and its business activities.

After passing the bar exams in 2004, I founded my own office. Since the beginning, I have focused on labour law, intellectual property, and general commercial law. My profile area at that time mainly was intellectual property. Gradually, more and more sophisticated issues were added to it in the areas of labour law, employment, social, and pension rights.

​

I consider the year 2012 to be a significant turning point in my career when our office became the first Slovak representative of the prestigious Ius Laboris, an association of law firms focused on labour law from all over the world. This has brought us among the top labour law offices.

After having won the title in the Employment Law in the local Law Firm of the Year competition multiple times, we confirmed our leadership in the industry.

In 2011 I became a member of the board of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA). I was commissioned to organize and host the 2018 EELA Annual Conference for the first time in Bratislava with more than 400 participants from all European countries. In 2023, I was elected the EELA Vice-Chair.

Our work in labour law is also appreciated by international-ranking agencies. At Chambers & Partners we achieved the best possible rating Band 1 and this prestigious agency, as the only lawyer in Slovakia, also rated me as Band 1. I also appreciate the excellent result in the international ranking The Legal 500 - the office succeeded as TIER 1 in employment law in Slovakia and I was included among the elite Leading individuals.

In addition to labour law, however, I am also pleased to return to my original interest in intellectual property law, where we also have succeeded in the local Law Firm of the Year competition as a highly recommended office.

We are also a member of GALA - Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance, which allows us to bring international experience to the Slovak market.

I like team sports. I have been playing baseball for more than twenty years. In 2000 and 2013 I represented the Slovak Republic at the European Baseball Championship.
